Is the shopping site secure?
Yes. When it is embedded in the virtualhorsesports.com window you may not see the security icon. You can use the shopping site externally by going to the Virtual Horse Sport Shop directly.
How do I get the digital files I bought on this site?
After purchase you were sent an email at the email address you provided during purchase. It has a location and "key" codes that will give you access to download the files. If you didn't receive the email please contact us at the phone number or email addresses below.
I had trouble downloading the files I bought, what do I do?
If the files did not download or failed to work properly please contact us at the phone number or addresses below.
I am having problems watching the videos on the site (can't see video/won't load or play), what do I do?
Most problems viewing videos online can be fixed by updating your software. Update your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari etc), update Windows Media Player and/or Quicktime. You can usually easily update your software by going to the "Help" menu and finding the selection "Check for Updates".
